Explore the coursesWho this is for
You’ve done your Level 1 & 2 EFT Practitioner training, and you’re working with or starting to work with clients. These courses and resources are for practitioners who want to:
- Hold deeper, more complex work with clients e.g. inner child, ancestral and intergenerational trauma
- Keep growing their own healing, because the work moves through you first
- Build a practice that’s full and sustainable, not just skilled
- Grow in confidence in your own ability especially if you lost your mojo a little after your training.
Start here: The Confidence Reset

Once you’ve found your feet with the foundations, something shifts. You start to notice that some clients bring a deeper pattern, a complex history, or something that basic EFT alone doesn’t quite reach.
In these workshops, you’ll learn how to:
- Work more confidently with deeper emotional patterns
- Support clients when issues feel stuck or complex
- Move beyond the basics of EFT in a grounded, practical way
- Integrate new approaches safely into your sessions
Recorded 90-minute/2 hour workshops with live demonstrations and a full set of practitioner materials. Bring this deeper training to clients, and move through your own layers as you go.
Inner Child Healing
£55 · 90-min recorded workshop + live demo
In almost every session there’s a younger part underneath, quietly running the show. A clear, repeatable process for safely meeting those parts with EFT. Includes handout, process guide, language reference and demo transcript.
Add to cartEgo, Limiting Beliefs + Parts Work
£55 · 2 hour recorded workshop + live demo
Work with client resistance, self-sabotage and internal conflict. Identify limiting beliefs, follow them to the root, and work with the protective parts that hold them using the CORES framework. Includes practitioner materials.
Add to cartAncestral Trauma Healing
£55 · 2 hour recorded workshop + live demo
Recognise when a client is carrying inherited or intergenerational imprints, and use EFT and visualisation to safely explore and release them, helping clients separate what’s theirs from what has been passed down.
Add to cartPast Life Healing
£55 · 90-min recorded workshop + live demo
Gently guide clients through past-life themes in a grounded, client-safe way.
Whether they see them as literal or symbolic, using EFT and visualisation, integrate the insights into meaningful present-day shifts.
Add to cartWomb + Birth Trauma Healing
£55 · 90-min recorded workshop + live demo
Some of the deepest client patterns of anxiety, feeling unsafe, not belonging, a fear the body holds before the mind can explain it, trace back to the womb and birth. You’ll learn to work with both ‘doors’: a client’s own earliest imprint, and the births they’ve given (including difficult births and loss).

Take the whole year: Rooted
Most people leave a certification course qualified and completely alone. A full head, a certificate, and then a very quiet week. Everything above is the technique, and technique was never really the thing standing in the way.
Rooted gathers it into a year: the workshops, the business side, live support, and me alongside you while you find your feet. Taken together it costs considerably less than the pieces.
Keep becoming the practitioner you’re growing into.
